Shipping & Returns

 

All Sales Final Policy

Due to the nature of our business, being a secondhand store, we are unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds on some of our items. On those items, they are sold as "All Sales are Final" and "As Is".  The description will explain all defects or issues an item may have to the best of our knowledge. 


Because some of our items are pre-owned and mostly used we ask that you please ask any questions you may have prior to purchasing your item. Videos are provided to show certain movable or electric items in action.

NOTE: "BRAND NEW ITEMS" may have different return policies and warranties, which will be indicated on individual listings.

Shipping

When you place an order, you may be given the option to have the item(s) shipped or arrange for local pickup. Not all items are available for local pickup - it will be noted on the product page. Our items ship within 3-5 business days. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quote page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based.

If you are interested in more than one item, let us know, we do combine shipping costs and a refund (if any) of the excessive shipping cost will be issued.
